CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be sent in writing to letstalk@caromelnick.com
• Cancellations received 48 hours prior to the start of the coaching package selected will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations received within the 48 hours prior to the start of the coaching package will be liable for the value of a one hour coaching session (US$50 / ZAR 750).
• Cancellation of the balance of a package will be calculated based on the value of the coaching already completed and the workbooks received.
